All professional engagements are governed by the applicable Engagement Letter, Proposal, Statement of Work, or Service Agreement executed between Transaction Capital LLC and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Legal Terms & Disclaimers and a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement shall govern.
